What is Wood Plastic Composites ?
Wood Plastic Composites (WPC) are compounded from Natural Cellulosic Fibres such
as Wood Fibres and Virgin or Recycled Polypropylene. With sustainable natural fibres
as high as 70% of the total composition, products made from WPC exhibit mechanical
properties similar to wood. This is due to the higher fibre content and longer fibre
profile.
Our patented Multi Point Injection Moulding Technology ensures and engineered product profile with fibres equally dispersed and placed for strength and stability. WPPRO door jambs therefore offer superior dimension stability, impact strength and long life. Furthermore, the energy absorbing characteristic of WPPRO door jambs ensures quieter door closing. There is no cutting or nailing required during installation because we have engineered that into the product right from the very beginning. ![]()
WPPRO door jambs are designed to accommodate a broad spectrum of building methods
and practices which can vary considerably from one country to another in particular
the need to facilitate dry or wet wall installation. In facing this challenge, WPPRO
has dry or wet installation kits to ensure easy and fast installation.
